Custom Require
Share your bottle type, filling product, and market needs. Our engineers recommend the right neck finish, virgin PET weight, and material design. With details on filling temperature, closure type, and logistics, we ensure every request is practical and technically feasible.
Sample Confirm
We produce trial preforms matched to your mold, ensuring weight is optimized so bottles blow evenly with no waste or defects. You only cover freight, while the samples are free. Once received, you can check sealing, clarity, and wall distribution until the design is fully approved.
Mass Production
Before production, confirm your final order quantity (MOQ: 5 tons of PET resin) and packaging choice. Our QC team monitors IV value, color consistency, and wall thickness throughout the run. You may request batch reports or video checks to confirm each lot matches your approved sample.
Quality Control
Each lot undergoes tests for sealing strength, pressure resistance, and drop performance. Clients are encouraged to recheck random samples with their capping lines. We provide detailed inspection records, so your team can cross-verify results. This transparent process builds reliability.
Delivery
We confirm your preferred packaging—palletized, bag-in-box, or shrink wrap—and assist with customs documentation. Container loading videos are available for verification. Our logistics team works to safeguard packaging integrity and ensure every order arrives intact and on schedule.
After-Sales Service
Preforms should be stored below 30°C in a dry, ventilated warehouse to maintain quality. If issues arise during blowing or sealing, our team offers remote support and mold maintenance guidance. For three years, our after-sales service remains available for continuous assistance.

Mold & Shape Design
You can choose preforms with neck sizes like 28mm PCO1881/1810, 29/25, 30/25, 38mm, and 45mm. We adjust shoulders, body taper, and base geometry, so your 200ml to 20L bottles are shaped exactly for your product.
Material Options
We use only 100% virgin PET to ensure safety, clarity, and stable blowing. You can request higher IV for edible oil, UV-stable PET for outdoor storage, or pressure-resistant grades for CSD and juice products.
Neck & Thread Design
Your preforms can be made with PCO 1810, 1881, 29/25, 30/25, 38mm, or 45mm threads. We also add tamper-evident rings, extended necks for juice or dairy, and reinforced collars, giving you smooth capping and sealing.
Structure & Performance
We help you balance wall thickness and resin use from 10g to 200g, making bottles lighter but stable. Options include reinforced bases, even stretch ratios, and pressure grades to fit both water and oil products.
Packaging Choice
We deliver preforms in cartons, woven bags, shrink wrap, or pallets. You can add moisture-proof liners, fumigation-treated pallets, or reinforced export boxes, so your goods stay safe and traceable during transport.
Hot-Fill & Cold-Fill Adaptation
Your preforms can be engineered for 85–95°C hot-fill or optimized for cold-fill lines. This customization ensures bottles resist shrinkage or deformation, maintaining sealing strength, clarity, and shelf stability for juices, teas, dairy, and functional drinks.
Closure & Cap Compatibility
We adapt preform necks to fit flat caps, sports caps, flip-tops, tamper-evident or threaded closures. This saves you time on the line, prevents leaks, and ensures your chosen cap style works perfectly every run.
Color Customization
Your bottles can stand out with transparent, opaque, frosted, or Pantone-matched finishes. We offer clear, amber, green, and blue masterbatch, plus UV-blocking or tinted options for shelf appeal and product safety.
