Our factory spans 12,000㎡ with 20 advanced Haitian injection machines. We reach a monthly capacity of 400,000 and over 4.8 million units annually. Our daily output exceeds over 1,3000 pieces daily, giving us the flexibility to boost capacity for urgent orders while offering broad size and color choices with reliable on-time delivery.

Our Packaging Methods
All of our PET preforms are first collected in dedicated large-capacity turnover bins lined with food-grade plastic bags, preventing dust and secondary contamination to ensure cleanliness and safety.
Next, our workers carefully repack the preforms into durable cartons, each lined again with food-grade inner film for extra protection. Every carton undergoes weighing and double-check inspection, then receives a clear label showing model, gram weight, quantity, and production batch, so you can verify your goods easily upon receipt.
For long-distance shipments or sea freight orders, cartons are neatly palletized, then secured with stretch film and moisture-proof layers. When required, we add extra reinforced outer protection, ensuring that your preforms remain stable, moisture-free, and safe throughout the entire journey.
