At Enlightening Plast, sustainability begins with real actions on the production floor. We continuously upgrade energy systems, refine material control, and recover every possible resource — because true sustainability starts with precision manufacturing.
Our closed-loop water systems have helped reduce electricity use by up to 18% per ton of preforms produced since 2021, while maintaining stable temperature control for every mold cycle.
Each production stage follows strict ISO standards to eliminate unnecessary material loss. Our in-house monitoring ensures that more than 98% of PET resin is utilized efficiently throughout the process.
We primarily use 100% virgin PET from certified suppliers like Sinopec and SABIC, ensuring exceptional clarity and purity for food and beverage packaging. At the same time, GRS- and FDA-certified rPET is selectively applied to reduce carbon emissions by up to 30% per batch.
Every workshop operates under a “zero-leakage” waste system. In 2024, over 12 tons of PET offcuts were collected and reprocessed internally for non-food industrial applications, ensuring nothing goes to landfill.
